압축 파일 만들기 및 압축 풀기(요약)

우리가 가지고 있는 파일이나 폴더를 압축하는 방법을 알아 보자.
Packing or unpacking method of Compress-Pack PG
1.압축할 파일이 여러 개일 경우 새로운 빈폴더(예를 들어 폴더 이름 mypack)를 만들고 그 안에 자료를 넣는다. 파일이 하나일 경우에는 새로운 폴더를 만들 필요는 없다.
IF you needed many files packing, you should make new folder in your window system such as named 'mypack' in [Deadktop] of your computer(so called [my computer] in your window system). And packing job needed files copy job in the new folder. But if you had only one file packing, you can directly pack that file.
2. 오른쪽 마우스 누르면 '알집'(또는 winzip )으로 '압축하기' 이런 글자가 보인다.
Touch your right mouse button on fold or file for packing, then select(touch) or pack icon choose(click).
3. 메일이나 기타 게시판 같은 곳에 자료를 올릴 때 자료찾기에서
[내컴퓨터] 중 압축파일(저장한 파일 위치의 압축파일)를 찾아 올리면 된다.
Now, find your packed file of fold(may its name such as ooo.zip eg: mypack.zip) in your compter !!
4. 게시판이나 메일에서 '파일첨부'를 누른 후 [내컴퓨터] 중
압축파일(저장한 파일 위치의 압축파일)를 찾아 올리면 된다.
And you could attatch your packed file of fold(may its filed named ooo.zip) for mail or board.
주의(Attention !!):
1.영상 파일의 경우 압축을 하여도 크기가 상당히 커서 파일 첨부용량 제한에 걸릴 수 있다.
If your packed file or folder size exceed than your mail(board) volume limit, could not attatch your mail or board.
2.메일의 경우 첨부가 되어 상대편에 보냈다 하더라도, 상대방의 메일 용량이 찼거나 용량이 부족하면 메일이 가지 못하고
도로 되돌아 온다.
Your mail receiver(client) mail box was full or small volume than your packs, your mail returned to you.
('메일이 되돌아 온다'. 소위 ‘튕긴다’는 문제 so called 'redirection')
3.또하나, 메일의 경우 첨부가 되어 상대편에 보냈다 하더라도, 상대방이 압축 파일을 열어 보는 프로그램(pg)이 없을 경우
상대방이 그 내용을 보거나 들을 수 없다는 문제가 생길 수 있다.
물론 상대방이 압축파일을 다운 받아 이를 풀어 보는 방법을 안다면 문제가 안 되겠지만...
Also, if your mail receivers(client) had not unpack program, they could not unpack your packed files.
So, Your mail receiver(client) need unpack program.
4.압축풀기 Unpacking
압축파일(예 mypack.zip)에 마우스 우측버턴대고 압축풀기(unpack) icon 눌러 적당한 위치에 풀면 해당 내용이 보일 것이다.
Apply mouse right button on zip file, then unpack compressed file in adequate directory(folder).
After then you can access unpacked files.
